5. Supplements and foods to avoid

Nowadays there are numerous “specialists” and “experts” who recommend supplementing or “detoxification” with Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), Cilantro (coriander), Glutathione, Micronized Zeolite, Spirulina, Chlorella, Clay, Bentonite, Dolomite, Activated Charcoal. The vast majority of these individuals don’t have a formal education in biochemistry, toxicology and genetics and and don’t understand the mechanisms and risks involved in the chelation of heavy metals and the human organism’s detoxification.

Chemist Andrew Cutler (1956 – 2017) warned many times against these supplements in his books and also on the internet. (for instance in the book “The mercury detoxification manual” (2019), pages 52-61).

Also, many “horror stories” come from thousands of people who ingested them.

Cilantro (coriander)

Cilantro has a very high capability to penetrate inside cells. It dislocates and redistributes the heavy metals’ ions throughout the heart, brain, liver etc with catastrophic consequences. Similarly with Micronized Zeolite, Cilantro triggered a new period of horrific sufferings. My chronic intoxication with silver, mercury, gadolinium worsened extremely gravely after I ate (by accident) Cilantro.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – there are 3 forms of lipoic acid: R-ALA, S-ALA, RS-ALA. Cutler recommends only the RS-ALA version and only in the boundaries of the Andrew Cutler Chelation Protocol, which involves respecting the half-time (which unfortunately is very small, of about 2-3 hours). It can be just as dangerous as Cilantro and Micronized Zeolite because it can dislocate and redistribute the heavy metals intra-cellularly, throughout the brain (it can cross the Blood Brain Barrier, BBB), glands and other tissues.

Glutathione – antioxidant Glutathione is composed of Cysteine (thiol), Glycine and Glutamic Acid. It cannot chelate heavy metals because it does not contain 2 thiol groups but only one (Cysteine). It has a great risk of heavy metals’ redistribution with serious sufferings. It must be avoided by those with thiol sensitivity. Glutathione caused me such great sufferings that I ended up in hospital at the ER.

Micronized Zeolite – this form of Zeolite can cross the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) and reach the brain as well as other tissues where the ions of silver, mercury etc will be dislocated and redistributed. It cannot chelate heavy metals because it does not have the chemical formula to do this: it does not contain at least 2 thiol (sulfhydryl) groups. Moreover, similarly with Spirulina, Chlorella, Clay, Dolomite, zeolites may be contaminated with heavy metals (aluminium silicates etc), which is very serious. Similarly with Cilantro, Zeolite caused me a new period of agony because of the redistribution of metals’ ions through my brain, spine, glands and other tissues.

Spirulina, Chlorella

Although very popular for the naturopathic “specialists” who recommend them often, Spirulina and Chlorella can cause serious sufferings. Spirulina and Chlorella are algae and they contain sulfur. They cannot chelate heavy metals because they do not contain at least 2 thiol groups. By their sulphurous nature they can already be contaminated with heavy metals. They present in their turn a high risk of heavy metals’ redistribution – so instead of DETOX, INTOX. They must, of course, be avoided by those with thiol sensitivity.

Clay, bentonite, dolomite

These rocks/powders present a risk of contamination with heavy metals or even radioactive elements. They cannot eliminate heavy metals because they don’t have the chemical formula to do that.

Activated charcoal

Another illusion when it comes to heavy metals’ detoxification is represented by Activated Charcoal. This is not a chelator against heavy metals per-se, as it does not contain 2 thiol groups. Moreover, Cutler stated that it destabilizes the quantity of metals in the gastro-intestinal tract and blood. I took activated charcoal for a few days after which my health state worsened.

EDTA

The chelator EDTA (Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) is not recommended by Andrew Cutler  for the chelation of heavy metals because it forms dangerous complexes with mercury, gadolinium and other metals which it redistributes through the brain and other organs/tissues. As such, the metals intoxication will aggravate and the metals will be more difficult to chelate. EDTA is the “oldest” chelator, being synthesized in 1935.

Cysteine/L-cysteine/NAC(N-Acetyl-Cysteine)

Cysteine is an aminoacid that contains thiol, therefore it presents a risk of redistribution of metals throughout the organism. It is one of the 3 components of the antioxidant Glutathione. NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) contains an acetyl group and has an even greater risk of redistribution of toxic metals through the brain and other tissues.

Methionine

It’s another aminoacid that contains thiol (sulfhydryl) so it must be avoided by those sensitive to thiol. Methionine is converted into Cysteine by the biochemical processes in the body.

SAMe (S-Adenosil-Methionine)

It can have serious effects on the brain, heart especially in those intoxicated with heavy metals.

Bromelain, Papain

These enzymes contain thiol. They are found in fruits such as pineapple, papaya.

Probiotics

Strains such as Lactobacillus Acidophilus contain thiol (especially if derived from dairy).

DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide)

Mixed with Ionic Colloidal Silver it triggered my agony that continues to this day. It attaches to other substances and together they can pass through almost all tissues and organs.

Garlic or garlic extract

MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane)

Turmeric, curcumin

Though they do not contain a lot of thiol, Cutler mentions that they raise the thiol level in the body. (In my periods of great sufferings, curcumin aggravated my ordeal).

Milk Thistle (“silymarin”)

It can cause pretty serious sufferings for some persons chronically intoxicated with silver/heavy metals (though it is recommended by Andrew Cutler, it aggravated my hot flushes/oxidative stress and other sufferings… I’m often wondering if this could be (partially) explained by the polymorphisms in my detoxification genes: MTHFR,GST,SOD,NAT…

PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline quinone)

It is an antioxidant enzyme that can act through the brain and should be avoided in case of intoxication with silver, mercury, gadolinium etc… (it too aggravated my sufferings).

Pectin

It is an enzyme found in fruits (apples, plums, citrus fruits) and it can “stir up” the heavy metals’ ions. My intoxication with silver/mercury/gadolinium is very serious and I am sensitive even to pectin. For more safety one should avoid the so-called “detoxification” supplements such as Pectasol.

Pepper

My ionic silver intoxication is so grave, that I can sometimes feel sick even after pepper. (It is a known fact that pepper has a certain intra-cellular effect and for this reason it is added in some supplements in order to increase their effect.

Chlorine Dioxide (MMS/CD/CDS)

Though it can have benefits on the health (for cancer, Covid, worms, parasites etc…), Chlorine Dioxide must be avoided in case of chronic ionic silver intoxication and free radicals like Hydroxyl Radical. Even an extremely small quantity of CDS exacerbated my sufferings and radical reactions through my body and brain (hot flushes, oxidative stress, sufferings, strong sensations through my body, ear ringing, dizziness etc…

“Detoxification” tea

As Cutler himself stated, the “detoxification” tea doesn’t detoxify anything but it only stresses the liver (which is already intoxicated) and it redistributes the metals’ ions through the blood and certain tissues. I tried such a plant tea and regretted my decision.

Fluoroquinolone antibiotics

Cutler and many others warned about these antibiotics: they have catastrophic effects, which can be irreversible: rupture of tendons and muscles, alteration of the nerves in arms and legs, impairment of the brain, heart and hearing. People intoxicated with heavy metals are more sensitive to these antibiotics.

Foods that contain thiol and/or Alpha Lipoic Acid: -dairy (milk, cheese, cream, yogurt, kefir), onion, garlic, greens, green salad, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, beet, green beans, peanuts, hazelnuts, coffee, green tea, eggs, mustard, horseradish, radishes, yeast, cilantro  etc…

RENOFIX(Stancosimagne)

The supplement RENOFIX doesn’t contain 2 thiol groups, therefore it cannot chelate toxic metals. It redistributed  the silver/mercury ions through my brain, heart etc and it made me so sick I thought I was going to die.

SELENIUM – Selenium chelated with Methionine, Glycine or any other form

Lately I’ve had the unfortunate idea to try Seleno-methionine (which contains thiol) and Glycinated Selenium (chelated with aminoacid Glycine). Both caused me harm. Selenium Glycinate stirred up my silver tachyons and mercury ions and aggravated my sufferings so seriously, that I’ve become once more hypersensitive to water – the more water I drink, the greater my sufferings and sensations throughout my body.

These supplements/foods are the majority of those which can aggravate the condition of someone intoxicated with heavy metals.
